Parenting in a New Country: Challenges for Newcomers Families

Join a workshop guiding Newcomer parents on raising children in a new country. This workshop is hosted in partnership between The Learning Enrichment Foundation's Family Well-being Program and The Centre for Spanish Speaking Peoples.

In this workshop we will learn about:

  • Positive communication with your children about the during the adaptation process.

  • Strategies to strengthen the emotional bond

    with your family in a new environment.

  • Guidance to support your children in

    their school and social adjustment

This session will be hosted at The Centre for Spanish Speaking Peoples at 2141 Jane St, North York, ON M3M 1A2

Food and refreshments will be provided.
