Join us Monday to Friday for a week of in-person workshops! They are designed to help newcomers build confidence, develop job-search skills, and connect with career opportunities in Canada with subjects including:

  • Resume Development and Enhancement

  • Effective Job Search Strategies

  • Interview Preparation and Tips

  • Understanding Canadian Workplace Culture

  • Skills Upgrading for More Job Opportunities

  • Networking and Connecting with Recruiters/Employers

  • Sector-Specific Employment Insights

    A Certificate of Completion will be provided! Refreshments and Transportation will be provided. These workshops are open for PR and Convention Refugees.

Newcomer Employment Week is hosted in partnership with WCG Services.
