Presented entirely in the Spanish language, this gathering increases awareness of elder abuse, and empowers older adults to know their rights and about their dignity.
Increase awareness of elder abuse, empower older adults to recognize different forms of violence and neglect, and help them understand their rights to dignity, safety, autonomy, and respect.
Participants will learn to identify warning signs of physical, emotional, psychological, and financial abuse, as well as neglect and social isolation.
