Overview

LEF’s newcomer settlement services (Immigrant Settlement Adaptation Program) was launched in 2008 as a result of community demand. While LEF has served the newcomer community for more than 40 years, the need for a broad-based service was clear.

LEF offer a fully integrated, holistic program for newcomers to Canada to ease their transition and support economic integration into a new country. At LEF, we understand that you and your family are faced with many questions as you settle into your new lives as Canadians. That’s where we can help!

These services continue to be offered in-person by appointment only or remotely via such methods as telephone, online, and Zoom. For those services which are not available at LEF, we can refer to large network of community partners.
