Mount Dennis Community for All Action Plan
The Mount Dennis People’s Summit builds off the community organizing work as part of The Mount Dennis Community for All Action Plan which aims to bring the city and community together to tackle rapid gentrification in Mount Dennis. Building on existing municipal plans, it outlines clear actions, goals, and strategies to prevent displacement and keep housing affordable. It also outlines how to improve public and green spaces, strengthen the local economy (including job opportunities), and address key equity priorities such as fighting anti-Black racism and supporting Indigenous reconciliation.
