Participants will recognize why diversity and inclusion are essential to team and organizational success and identify the strengths and challenges of diversity in the workplace. The client will learn how to analyze the dimensions of one’s identity, views, values, and perceptions in the workplace. Clients will be given tools to manage hidden biases and contribute to an inclusive workplace environment.
