The client will learn how to analyze the dimensions of one’s identity, views, values, and perceptions in the workplace. Clients will be given tools to manage hidden biases and contribute to an inclusive workplace environment.

Of course, the answer is yes; however, with the advancement of technology, people can be overwhelmed with limitless information and sometimes need help. With this workshop, we take simple steps to guide you in navigating how to apply online and what tools are available to use; if you are not aware of such tools, research, research, research some more, as there are many tools at our disposal if we take a look.

This interview skills workshop provides ECA students with the practice they need to learn about what skills are required to have a successful interview and what employers and interviewers are generally looking for in a candidate.

The purpose of this workshop is to give the participants a general overview of their rights and responsibilities in the workplace from the Employment Standard Act perspective. The workshop covers topics from ESA and Ontario Human Rights Codes as well.
