Childcare at The Learning Enrichment Foundation:
We have found joy!! The last three years have been tough on everyone in the Childcare Sector. Here at LEF we have worked to find joy again.
We have found the joy through:
· A focus on outdoor play
· Implementing a Seasonal Pedagogy by walking with Indigenous people and leaders
· Sharing our learnings
· Academic research into resilience of children
Mostly we find the joy in seeing children grow and flourish and in offering Educators opportunities to share knowledge within their center, and across the organization.
LEF is no ordinary childcare provider. We have an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit and respond to community needs in a myriad of ways.
Most importantly we honor and recognize the professional work of Educators. As you join our team you are, with the child’s family/guardians, laying the foundation for resilience, learning, and adaptation to an emerging world.
